This is a three hour hands-on class which introduces some of the general concepts of sound healing,  and how it can be used by anyone in their own life. 

It incorporates drums, bells, tuning forks, and Tibetan bowls. We will have fun, and learn how to use these tools in our own lives, for exhaustion, irritability, stomach upsets, colds, sinus congestion, and other nagging problems.
